Business Mentorship for Yoga Teachers & Aspiring Retreat Leaders
It’s possible to transform your passion into a profitable, purpose-driven career. I’ll show you how.
Hi, I’m Mary
I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Recovery Coach and Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience running my own personal practice and retreat business. I’ve hosted over 50+ sold out retreats across the globe that have been featured by Yoga Journal, Conde Nast Traveller and Compare Retreats. I also worked as the Wellness Director for NIHI Sumba, ranked #1 Hotel in the World by Travel + Leisure and was the Head Yoga Teacher for Hariharalaya, one of Southeast Asia’s leading retreat centers.
One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is mentoring other aspiring Yoga Teachers, Coaches & Retreat Leaders to build fulfilling careers doing what they love, because before I took the leap to pursue a career in wellness, my life looked radically different. I worked at a Digital Media Agency in Chicago, where I spent most of my waking hours confined to a plastic cubicle staring at a computer screen.
I know what it’s like to feel trapped in an unfulfilling career and am passionate about helping others build sustainable businesses where they too can monetize their gifts and find fulfillment in their work.
What You’ll Get
Your brand.
Logo, website, mission statement, the whole foundation. Not generic wellness branding. Something that sounds and looks like you, and tells the right people they've found the right teacher.
Clarity on who you serve. Reaching your audience starts with knowing exactly who they are. We'll get specific about who you're for, why they need you, and how to find them.
A marketing strategy that fits your life. Social media, email marketing, and the systems behind them, built so you're not creating content from scratch every single day with nothing to show for it.
Your offerings. From single classes to signature programs, structured in a way that makes sense to your audience and makes money for you.
How to actually build a retreat. Logistics, sales, group leadership, schedule planning. Everything I wish someone had explained to me before my first one.
A profitable business model. Not just "get more students." A real structure, with real numbers, that you can sustain long term.
