Meet your hosts
Mary has called Southeast Asia home for the last five years, and there is nothing that brings her more joy than introducing others to the places and people that have stolen her heart.
With a deep appreciation and understanding of Eastern & Western approaches to yoga, Mary aims to make her teaching as accessible as possible. This includes asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing technique), mantra, meditation, yoga philosophy, smiles, laughter, tears and love.
